State Fund hires new president-CEO

California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund has tagged a new president and chief executive officer.

State Fund, which employs almost 600 people in Sacramento and is the largest provider of workers’ compensation in California, has hired Thomas Rowe to replace Jan Frank, who left State Fund in October, the insurer announced Tuesday.   Read more...
